definitely, but hashtags doesn't applied at all facebook accounts till now

Not as of now.
Facebook will have to add in additional updates to that feature to make it brand friendly.
For e.g.
a page should get insights on how many people talked about that hashtag, how many clicked it, etc.
FB will have to go the twitter way.
