If company has good brand value (Company, Product, Representative)
If it's the product that's more popular - yes, sometimes consumers don't know what company is behind the products they use. in that case (Product, Representative, Company)
But there is always a chance of prioritizing (Representative, Product, Company) if the representative can use 'emotional' factors in his/her selling skills to promote the product.
PS: The emotional factor should actually be identified and implemented by company, rather than by just representative/employee.
