I agree with the statement that good company creates good employees and also customers. Using the systematic approach a good company will hav eto know that it does not exist in a vacuum but is a subset of a whole system, in this case company +employee+customer makes a complete (whole system). Thus it is incumbent upon the company to employe a good management information system that will ensure that it produces a happy company+employee+customer. if a company appreciates this inter dependancy then it will realise that it has to create condition conducive to produce a happy employee and a happy customer. Ultimately all these three will eventual reliase that they need each other, ie, company makes the employee happy, employee makes customer happy, customer continues to support good company who keeps making money and they are all happy.
Yes I agreed some says this is professional thinking but some time you can't get good customers. But it is true good employees are the asset of the comapany.
its all directly proportional to each other i believe if a company appoint good employee then ultimately the find some good customers for the company and if the company do good business then ultimately the company will be called good company.
