What are prerequisites for predictive dialing? is it just for selling campaigns or can it be used otherwise? And, no matter the upper qustions, would you use it if you had it available?

Yes will use it for tele-sales, surveys, appointment confirmation, payment collection and service follow-ups.

It will make it easier to track productivity of agent and quality of the contacts list.
