1- Create a development plan for each delegate and agree on training and development areas required for an individual to achieve the greatest success in the target markets 2- Clearly defined and reached an effective sales strategy in terms of the institution's mission and vision for the future 3- Create weekly meeting in order to maintain sales representatives focus on corporate strategy; and reward and recognize good achievement, study and identify the strengths that you should take advantage of them, and weaknesses that must be overcome in the target markets 4- Monitoring and training and provide a positive and constructive criticism to maintain the desired path and provide rewards and celebrate success
