In a nut shell their are nine team roles 1) originator- who is creative and sloves problems

 2)Resource Originator- Who explore oppourtunities and develops contacts

 3) Chairman- who delegates the work and clarifies goals 

4) Driver-wHO HAS THE DRIVE AND COURAGE TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES

 5)Monitior Evaluator- See alls options and progress 

6) Supporter- brings calm to a group, helps others 

7) Company Worker - turns the ideas into action 

8) Finisher- Searches out errors and makes sure work is finished on time

 9) Specalist- Provides the knowledge and skill in rare supply and every team player fits into one or more of these roles (people who don't contribute aren't team players)
