Based on my experiences in working with different companies I believe that there a lot of ways to be a successful employer. My top3 list are the following1. Love your people. The best way to keep people is to take care of them by providing training for career development and a good salary and benefits for their personal growth.2. Work life balance. Teach your employees from the boss to the staff to manage their time so they can leave the work on time. That is a win-win situation. Lesser pay for the employer even for utilities and the employees can have more time to rest and quality moments with family.3. Set the right goals. Its best that employer should set the right goals from day1. Monitoring is a big help and support from the company will definitely encourage the employee to excel in his job.
