This is a very interesting question.
Indeed all of us have some communication tools at our disposal.
Some of those are natural, and some are acquired by learning or by virtue of the job we do.
Let us examine our natural tools first: The body language: Our legs; Our knees; Our arms; Our elbows; Our eyes; Our tongue; Our hands; Our fingers, Our eyebrows.
Each one of those have a certain language at a certain event/time.
We convey a lot of messages through our body parts, whether negative or positive.
Professionals can read the body language, and know what time to ask for a close, an order, or a pay raise to that matter.
Then there are zillions of acquired communication tools throughout our careers.
One of the most effective and most innovative tools is the social media.
The social media has really revolutionized the world of communication.
Let us examine what other communication tools we have at our disposal: Radio, TV, Newspaper, Flyers; Pen; Telephone; Computer; Email; Snail Mail; Direct Mail; Seminars; Memos; Letters; Advertising and Promotional Items; Brochures; Magazines; Newspapers; Newsletters; Websites; Loudspeakers; Microphones; Tape Recorders; Beepers; Mobile (Cell) Phones.
I think they should be enough for now :)

Thank you Salah for your good question , Communication has different levels, and each level has different types of communication tools,As for the first primary level which include all the human beings in the world ,the most direct suitable tool of communication is the common signals language which can be used by every one every where in the world. The scope of the primary level is the widest range, and the communication tools become more private as the scope of communication level gets narrower .For example if you take the grouping by languages the scope of the communication level become smaller and the tool is more private may be Arabic,English or French....etc.The same can be said for the digital tools like the cell-phones .e-mails and the internet in the general scope. And I think all of us have most of the above mentioned tools.
