Place: The building, the consultation rooms, Operation Theater, Laboratory etc where these service are provided physically.

 

Promotion: All  the ways Hospital let their customers know about their services such as Print Media, Electronic Media, Social Media etc.

 

People: People are important inside and outside of the hospital which actually provide the satisfaction to the customer.

 

Process: The process of giving a service and the behavior of the person giving the service is most important to the satisfaction of the customer.
