Dear Mr. Hoque,
I believe a combination of the options provided in your question would inspire Employees to perform better than usual. However the combination would depend on the employee and his/her personality. Managers must be able to know and understand how to inspire and motivate his/her team members.
E.g - I know of some employees who would perform better if they had a salary increment and job security, however others would prefer more ranking and compliments.
Incentives are the Rewards or recognition offered in exchange for work performance. The actual offerings of incentives and a positive work environment can keep employees happy and more productive. Employees usually respond to increment of salary, bonuses and other financial incentives than others as a way to reward great performances. Motivating employees by financial incentives is good, but keeping them happy is the real secret.

I believe Compliments and Increment in salary. Like if you work good and your boss or senior gives you good compliments about your work then you must do better than before, and salary increment is a plus point also, and others also try to do their best to get these things
