How will enable SSH and ESXI console from ESX server?

1) First you should have access to the DCUI (Direct Console User Interface) on the ESXi host, physically or using a remote administration tool like HP iLO.

2) Log in pressing F2 key and enter your credentials,

3) Select Troubleshooting Options.

 

There you can see the options

* Enable ESXi Shell

* Enable SSH

 

Enable and disable as desired.

 

Keep in mind that an alert will appear on the vSphere client interface, warning that the SSH access is enabled.

1- Access to the ESX server via Vmware Vsphere Client

2- in the left panel click on the IP or DNS name of the Server

3- from the right panel click on Configuration

4- then find the " Security Profile " and click on it

5- from the " Services " choose Properties 

6- click on SSH then Option

7- Choose Start Or define " startup Policy"  then OK

8- Done
