If there is no job guarantee at bayt, why then are they asking for money to be able to apply and create a professional CV?

Recruiter doesn't call you for an interview just because you were charged for better visibility of your CV,   it is just a kind of gambling for the job seekers... in my opinion.

It would make sense when Bayt charges recruiters to help them reaching their best match not the other way around.

My friend not even your institution give you job guarantee which you pay money then how does this website Guarantee you about that this website sole purpose is to make your CV visible to employers so when ever they search bayt.com your CV get Priority rather then other it will only help you in getting interview call not job for job you have that much skill and confidence so your employer never reject you hope you will understand now :)

All the offers are nonsense, influences will make you through. I am in the bayt for the past10 years and it doesn't work well. Anyway I am not seriously wishing for employment change. Whatever the way design your CV, it is your responsibility to demonstrate and prove your skills. Most of the employers doesn't want honest, faithful, sincere loyal employees....

To monopolize the employment market aside from earning from poor job seekers.

 

No true guarantee is available in this world. What do you think about "something is better than nothing" ?

I think they are helping job seekers and making money out of this service

it is to identify that how much capabilities do you have.

If you feel that your resume does not have professional look then you can get it written. Else keep searching for new opportunity.

Appreciate the questionnaire. Resume is something that tells about u in brief and concise. So they ask money to present ur Resume in such a way that the interview get impressed seeing your resume and you get chance for interview.. Which is actually big deal. Bayt is also a business. So they are not going to do it free. But I personally dont believe in redoing my resume by paying extra because those are old trends and now recruiters are smary enough to understand what is natural and what is extra natural..
