the main input is the employee s & we can acheive management objectives throw them by apply the following points.
- Build an organization chart/structure which cover all requeired disciplines - put each suitable one on each suitable place/division - explain job discreption for each employee & make sure that his /her qualification matched with his job responsibilities -make sure that all employees know organization policy with undrestanding it -evaluate employees' performance twice a year at least -motivate employees by reward the hard workers -build a high level of layality between the employee & his organization -give regular promotion, bonus & commisions to the employees whose deserve - at the same time careless employees have to received clear instructions even by warning letter to take care about their requeted tasks.
