Centralized organizations can be extremely efficient regarding business decisions. Business owners typically develop the company’s mission and vision, and set objectives for managers and employees to follow when achieving these goals.
Centralized organizations can suffer from the negative effects of several layers of bureaucracy. These businesses often have multiple management layers stretching from the owner down to frontline operations. Business owners responsible for making every decision in the company may require more time to accomplish these tasks, which can result in sluggish business operations.
A management structure where decision making is done at higher consolidated levels by those with a broader perspective that includes having amassed considerable knowledge and information about what needs to be done.
In a centralized organization, decisions made by higher management are typically communicated to lower organizational tiers who are then expected to accept and move forward in a way consistent with those decisions

A centralized organization is structured by a strict hierarchy of authority where most decisions are made at the top by one or a few individuals. Information from lower levels flows up to the decision-maker where the information is analyzed and synthesized to gain a broader perspective in order to aid in decision-making. Information flows down to provide directions to the lower levels of the hierarchy where lower levels are expected to implement the decisions with little or no modifications.
To make some proper procedures and code of conducts following the basic labour laws of the country where they are running business.
