I believe in God and I believe that every honest prayer from deep of the heart helps.
We are different by religions, but we are all humans, bad or good.
I respect all religions which say "love, do not kill, do not lie...."

Interesting query Noma, and I must say that religion helps me to improve the performance and with the family support directly and in-directly I focused on my reponsibiltes in an orgaznied manner. Being a Muslim, we have firm believe that all of happening either good or bad, if any, has been written for us but on the same time, we could change the fate by prayers. So those who keep on offering the prayers on regular  basis and faith in GOD are spiritually and psychologically more stronger than those who don’t follow it. Our religion has laid clearly laid down the principles of spending life and managing each and every affair which is better for us. As far as other religions are concerns, our workplace is having other religion followers too and this diversity is not affecting the organizational performance. In fact, it portrays positive image and everyone respect each other and share good deeds in good and tough time.

Religion is a delicate subject in the workplace and is best treated with respect and caution at the same time.
Spirituality is foremost in the mind.
It gets a person up on a morning, praying to the one most high, praying for guidance throughout the day and for love of the most high to enter the hearts and minds of others.
Living in a foreign country where the religion is not shared by most expats could affect working relationships, but as there is mostly awareness for the religion of the dominant religion, workers tend to observe and display respectfulness.
However, for those who are quite religious, It is a heavy thing not to be able to display one's religion because of the offence it could cause to the host country.
A person's own belief can be tested to the limit and foster doubt if there are cultural issues, trials and tribulations added to the suppression of their religion.
The family and likeminded friends can provide the much needed reminder that their belief of their own religion is not in vain and in a lot of cases can strengthen their own beliefs.
The main reason we come to work is to work and hopefully not to score points off each other with religious debates - never a good thing in a work environment.
Coming to work with the idea that we are all wanting to achieve a day's work and move forward is beneficial to everyone.
What is the point of coming to work only to make a big issue about religion? This will only cause division.
Whereas if we all come from a place of peace as workers and with families, we can be unified.
