well said..Right, What i have learned from my 7+ year experience is that:
We should focus on architecture solutions, design problems / patterns, team management and communication skills. Technically we must explain our exposures and hand on experience in a way that it fits generically for most of the problems.
Often people don't go in details in interview discussions.
But in personal gathering they describe their work / achievements in a way that we get impressed, some time very impressed- IMO explaining our achievements and motivation to improve the way of doing things in same manner (with enough details) can be highly effective..
