3) Enhancing Services - added to core service to make it more exciting to the customers.
e.g Email forwarding, IMAP access
The provision of service to support the IT requirements for a business internally or externally.
To expand, this can be a fully managed service with set OLA's or SLA's which are set out in the servicd catalogue.
