"Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves"(Carl Jung)

Understanding that : " Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else (harming).....Yet  YOU are the One getting burned." it's a waste of time and Your energy. All it does is steal your joy and keeps you very busy doing nothing, but anger.

Your beliefs don't make you a better person, your behavior does! Try to create a new  behavior reflex: when you feel like your anger is coming try to breath in and  breath out longer and slow and focus on something that make you happy,  count till30 ....and remember open-minded people don't impose their beliefs on others. They accept all of life's perspectives and realities, doing their own thing in peace. Good Luck!

Mood swings are generally attributed to chemical changes in the cerebral cortex of the brain.

Various factors can play a significant part in mood swings, such as age, hormone imbalance, temperament, beliefs and customs.

The first step is to ascertain whether the mood swings are not based on any physiological factors, and these can be easily measured by a visit to your medical doctor to request a specific hormone imbalance test by a competent pathologist.

Once this has been eliminated, the next step would be to investigate any environmental, cultural, beliefs and customs.

Being angry when around people is not unusual. There are very specific triggers which sets of an angry response. If there are no specific triggers, then one has to consider a program in anger management.

While these are not conclusive steps, it will go a long way to identify the cause of mood swings and angry responses.

Sincerely,

You need to empower your mind rather than your mood swings..once you do that you would be able exercise more control on yourself.

Frequent mood swings can be a medical condition. Stress can also lead to mood swings and anger. You need to look into the basics to overcome anger and practice going well along with all under stressful circumstances.

Anger ; I recollect a verse from the great Urdu poet Akbar Allabadi , who once said on anger " Gusa ana tow natural hay Akbar" ...." Anger is but a natural phenomenon , oh Akbar".

May God help you!

1. Read the Holly Qura'an Book.

2. Try to find a nice and kind friend, it's hard to find and hard to allow her to accept you with your way :)

3. Read about "Emotional Intelligence", or attend a course on this issue.

4. Keep calm, and not bad to visit a psychologist to prescribe a mild tranquilizer.
