Do you agree with the statement that the culture of continuous improvement means to continue discover that "there is always a better ways"?

Need to look into this with respect to change management in a project environment and as well overall change from organizational perspective.

Yes i fully with the statement & view. This statement fully describes the relationship between two variables; continuous improvement & change. The quote "there is always a better way" illustrates a creativity factor & if people are creative enough, there higher chances of continuous improvement which in the brings about better performance & success

Sure, I totally agree for example when we have mobile devices it was normal in shape and functions to receive and send SMS and calls and now according to continuous improvement we have cameras and android applications which allows to communicate and see others in long distance and in same time you can use internet to get and receive e-mails.

as a continuous improvement within a few years we will not use a mobile device but we will use a bracelets which can be used as an image of mobile and how knows about the future

Absolutely. The concept of business evolution exemplifies the above statement. The concept of a better way to do things is the reason why most businesses find new markets, new frontiers.

"if we do not change direction and find better ways of doing what we do, we would be forgotten in no distant time.

the business of business, is business.

Yes I totally agree with the above statement because learning is a continuous process and you can improve your decisions more and more by learning from your mistakes.
