How can a person be judged on skills when he's not given an opportunity to speak !! @CV SCREENING ?

Well, the CV is your opportunity to talk in writing rather than speaking. The same rules that apply to speaking apply to CV writing, the shorter to the point ideas are much important and harder to formulate. When speaking through your CV try to focus and sell yourself and skills with the minimum words possible
