Extroverts are often out going, fun, talkative and all. Who wouldn't want a sales person with that type of attitude right? But, on the other side, I would hire the introverts. Though from the meaning itself, introverts are people who are usually shy, we could say that an introvert person is all ears to a customer. With them having an UN-blabbering mouth and peaceful mind, they can listen well and pay attention to a customer who seeks for a good advice. Unlike extroverts who persuade customers, Introverts listens well to a customer and advices them, leaving the customer feeling understood and satisfied with what they bought.

Extroverts are talkative, curious, outgoing, energetic, positive, cooperative, compassionate, vulnerable, need a lot of stimulation, open to new experiences, methodical in their discipline, and aim for achievement. If recruiters are looking to fill positions in teaching, sales, or brokering, then choose a candidate with more extroversion features.

Introverts are reflective, solitary, trustworthy, analytical, inventive, cautious, private, creative, and suspicious. If recruiters are looking to fill positions in writing, arts, engineering, or inventing, then choose a candidate with more introversion features.

It depends on nature of job. For administrative and secretarial jobs I will go for introverts and for field marketing and educational jobs my priority will be extroverts.
