As a popular social worker ,it is wise to attend in the stakeholders festival ,if possible.Conserving own religion, culture and custom ,this attendance would be only for formalities, not to participate or not to believe as like as them. This presence would have great impact to future social conflict resolution and delivering good service delivery among them in the next time .This activities will make the social worker cordial to the stakeholders and he/she would become a successful professional leader.
