What was the strangest situation you faced in your work? ما هو أكثر موقف غرابة تعرض له في عملك؟

فى اول يوم تعينى رحت استلم عملى وكانت المدرسة فيها يوم رياضى كبير والمدير ومسئولين الادارة كانوا قاعدين على المنصة ولما رحت له قالى اتفضلى اجلسى لحد ماينتهى العرض وقعدنى جنبهم على المنصة وبقى كل المدرسين تحت يتساءلوا مين المسئولة الصغيرة فى السن اللى قاعدة فوق واتعاملت افضل معامله فى اليوم ده من المدرسين والطلاب على اعتبار انى من المسئولين ..(وبعدها بقى عينك ما تشوف الا النور) ههههه

When the System is not working and boss is ordering do it quickly ?

Conflict between the owners and unsystematic situation in the company.

when we order a parts and when we received them after a one or two mounts , the part No.
is not exactly same with our ordered .

من المواقف الغريبه والطريفه:1/احيانآ تاتيك حوافز او علاوه وانته فى امس الحاجه اليها ولو شخص يعلم مابداخلك2/ان تجد رئيسك لايفهم شئ وانته الزام عليك ان تشرح ثم تقوم بعمل شخصين وتتسال من الذى اتى بهذا الشخص3/ان جد اعلى منصب فى المؤسسه امامك بصوره مفاجئه

During recruitment of candidates, when difference of opinion occurs between HR and respective heads. The HR has to consider various factors, like education, experience, skill set, attitude and heads are thinking   on micro level and just considering experience or on salary. Here, to resolve the issue is a bit tough situation.

at initial stage of business no one knows about how to operate the system.even after training...
