i think people would think that teaching adults is quite difficult than teaching young learners ..
guess what? it is wrong but the opposite is not also true ....
teaching young learners complicated forms and correct grammar would be difficult since thier congnitive understanding is not complete yet ; However, young learners would be fast in learning new words and especialy learning a correct articulation while adults will be fast in learning complicated grammatical forms and tenses and they would be slow in memorizing new words and having correct articulations for words ...
so u can adapt ur way of teaching according to the informations i gave u .l

There is no one effective way to do that.
Adults are harder to teach compared with kids so that you need to be more formal and strict with teaching them.
It's not at this level to start from the very beginning or the Alphabets; it's gonna be tiring.
So just teach them the way you believe its good with them

We can use the points to attain our objectives wether they are grammar reading or writing.

I do agree to the notiont that it is difficult to teacher EFL to and adult, remember 'it is difficult to teach an old dog new tricks, but you first appreciate those tricks and in the process improvising to adapt the to the new ways . The catch however is to appreciate the fact that our thoughts are always in our mother tongue and hence the need to make the learner know that and not to be ashamed as this becomes a hinderance to the thought process which eventually leads to an answer being aired out. thus making the learner appreciate that builts confidence and boosts the though process. Whatever difficulty task at hand, remember that our task is to create an environment that is conducive for learning, lets 'brunerise'

To teach is to teach.
It depands upon your techniques.
You can always use the same way of skilles you teach the youngsters.
Do not let them feel that you are making fun of them while doing that.
always lough with them incourage them to read and write even like a child.
A human being alawys needs imotioms in all ages.
Ofcourse you have to consider the ages.
