1. THOUGHTS

 

I think that in any action that this is the basic element

Clear VISION determines our career path.

I THINK ITS THOUGHTS WHICH DETERMINES THE CAREER PATHWAY ........... BUT  ...........   ELEMENT OF LUCK IS EQUALLY IMPORTANT  TO IMPLEMENT OUR THOUGHTS .

I believe that (1)thoughts are most important. Because thoughts manifest into (2)actions and (5)vision. Thoughts are shaped by (3)parents and up bringing. We are faced by2 bosses; a literal (4)boss at the work place and the internal boss being thoughts. And (6) Luck steers in the general direction the mind/thoughts/heart are aimed towards.

2. ACTIONS/HARD WORK determine our career path, as rest are given and we cannot do anything about it.

Sir all attributes you mention above determines  our career path in business but your  PARENTS  is the major key because they helped us or build us to face this world..how and when to speak, think,and react we learned from our parents then Next is our Luck..

I would say each point is needed to succeed having positive thoughts and thinking which way you wish to go ... actions and hard work is needed... you do need to have vision ... if you are lucky you have a great boss ... and having a mentor which can be your parents .. having molded your mind and given you early on direction... but mostly it is you with the right thoughts and vision to make it happen

As if in Cricket : Actions/Hard work--Vision--Luck-and all others.

Thoughts to plan and implement actions ahead. Luck comes with potential.

All the elements put together. None can work without the other. Thought/planing/vision cannot work without with hardwork. One thing is to have a business idea or thought another thing is to implement it. Motorola first had the thought on mobile phone ( Ireduim) but because they left the thought for years other people move ahead but they started. Luck has its way of complementing good ideas. Plans without actions will one day turn to be obsolete.

All of them but most important the environment then the hard working.
