Body Language. Great skill one must need to possess in sales and marketing. Understanding and analyzing the gesture our customer /client /buyer is very important, at the first look we have, to make him /her more promised from our side. 

 

And this is  not  a by heart form of skill, but experience inculcates this property. Anyhow, Google -Guru is always there, for our ready made reference and further our skills.
