I would say, from my site studies and urban landscape skills i would create new solutions / materials / structures wich i can generate it with autocad or sketchup then export it to lumion for my final rendering a touch of photoshop is the best solution .

it depends on what is the purpose of using the programe.

For example from my point of view, the most usful programe for preparing shop drawings and detailed drawings is LAND-FX as Plugin in AutoCad, and for being part of BIM autocad civil 3d will help you keeping up with BIM systems.

but for rendering lumion is designed for landscape models.
