In one of my training sessions I heard this from one of the trainees: "when I talk with a manager I feel he/she is important; when I talk with a leader I feel I am important". Have an inner reflection about your own experience as managers. What would your subordinates tell about you: will they consider you as a manager or as a leader? Now switch your angle and think about your managers: what would you say about them: are they managers or leaders?
not that much , there must be an affect ,but good and cleaver leaders they have their own ways to influence others
