So far I haven't found it as useful as I would have liked.
I keep finding amazing jobs but most of my applications never get looked at, even though I know I am totally qualified for the position! I also feel that some job specs are a little muddled: For example, the company is confidential, thus you know the advert is coming from an agency, but at the end of the advert it says Please send along a portfolio - Applications won't be looked at without a portfolio.
However there is no email link to apply to, you don't know the company name to apply direct, Bayt doesn't have the capability to attach files to the applications, and so your only option is to send the application via Bayt without it being complete, which automatically means you have a high chance of being looked over.
The one job I did get contacted for, and actually got to the stage of accepting, the company cut off all contact and stopped responding to me, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional, and obviously not an issue for Bayt, but all this leaves a sour taste.
It may be me, my location and my experience that is letting me down, but after using the website since early this year, and only having one interview directly from it's usage, I can't help but think something is wrong.
Hopefully in the coming weeks I will be able to get something.

Yes, I've gotten more than one interview from employers who said they saw my CV on Bayt.com.
Also, HR managers tend to ask employees in their company to recommend people for positions.
If someone recommends you, you want the HR manager to be able to find your CV online easily, and websites like Bayt help you with that.
When you're looking for a job, it's a good idea to ask people you know if there are positions in their company.
You are more likely to get an interview if someone inside a company recommends you, and sends your CV directly to the HR manager.
