for all my folks here I just worked around for such issue and when found a solution decided to share it with audience.
You will miss design view in sharepoint designer 2013 Microsoft has discarded it, if you want to design your portal and manipulate css, js, jquery for branding so you can use expression web - where you can add more web server controls etc and design your website(w.y.s.i.w.y.g style editor).....and import that solution into sharepoint designer to work further like design workflow etc.
