I dont see that leadership is to become everything a leader is capable of becoming. Actually, I don't see that anyone can be everything he/she wants to become. You cant shoot so many targets with a limited number of shots and I mean here your productive life. I suggest that you concentrate on no more than three to five of your dreams and then develop your skills (as you described in your question) so you don't miss these targets.
Now concerning leaders, I think they want to become so and that is not everything they are capable off.
Leadership does not always the outcome of capabilities. Mostly, we observe people with much more attributes are forced to follow uncapables. This is in the general sense.
When we talk about our personal talent growth; yes we can achieve our goals provided we make sure to utilise all required factors involved in this process. So this is conditional.
Becoming everything capable of becoming, thats a leader can do. As leader term indicates atributes of learning, consentrating, team orgnising, management, handle all sorts of situation with skill n leave behind his words, ofcourse can become everthing
It can simply be achieved by living your dream. Just be focused to whatever you do, pay attention to details. Do not leave any stone unturned, exhaust your efforts in whatever you aim to do so that you achieve the utmost best results. By doing so, you definitely become everything you are capable of becoming.
