What are the key factors which differentiate service selling from traditional product selling?

Selling services means selling intangible peace of mind through a personal, repetitive interaction. Product selling is by definition transactional and impersonal, although definitely tangible - for good or for bad.

A)the type of people whom you are selling the products. eg1) upper class people are mostly handle by the service selling and not much with the traditonal product selling.2) middle and lover class only with traditional products selling.

B) Cost is also key factor of any products of selling

C) Mode of selling is also important factor
