What is the distinction of HACCP and food safety? Is government has specification what food industry should indulge either of the two or both?

HACCP is the like the guideline for food safety in general, if you stick to the7 steps of haccp then you have covered all of the aspects of food safety in food business, what is the remaining are some small details in the floor ( waiters..) and the bar. governments have hygiene standards for food industry, however if you are sticking with the haccp procedure then u have also covered what governments needs to be done.
