Which web-based tools are good if you want to create low-fidelity or high-fidelity prototypes?

Hi Faraz,

I have not used web based tools for prototyping but used desktop based iRise & Axure tools. Both of them are pretty powerful. If you are looking for a short term usage, then you can download iRise for30 days (it has some restrictions though).
