by Using a Cookie and give it an expire date and time when the page load check For it And if it not exist redirect to another Page Or Error Page

One way could be to check the web server time in the page load. If it is not your required time, then you might redirect to another page or error page. Otherwise, serve the page.

Create Tables in database containing users and page accessibility. If user do not have access to the page then redirect to error page.
