To answer the question, it's (b): the "@" sign, which should be used to continue a drawing from the last known point. It also works with all the shapes, not only the lines. For example, you can draw a line, press ESC, then choose the RECTANGLE tool, press "@" then ENTER, and the new rectangle will start from the last point of the line you first drawn.

 

Entering "0,0" will start the shape from the coordinates0,0 and not from the last known point (unless the last point is at0,0...).

 

For the NEXT command, I don't know it and I don't find it on my AutoCAD version... Maybe it is a new feature of the2015 version ?
