What is the best way to repair and waterproof a severely leaking horizontal & vertical expansion joints in a concrete basement, joint width = 3 cm ?

For Horizontal leaking,Inject the void with pouring grade sealants.

For Vertical leaking , Inject the void with Gun grade sealants.

we can make this solution if this is lean concrete befor we make basement but if this problem after we bored we can use grout and cementious material or injection
