In such a situation, I prioritize the tasks. Keep on finishing the tasks from high priority to low priority.

setting clear goals, breaking your goals down into discreet steps, and reviewing your progress towards your goals are covered in Action Planning.

Other skills involved include prioritising - focusing on urgent and important tasks rather than those that are not important or don't move you towards your goals; organising your work schedule; list making to remind you of what you need to do when; persevering when things are not working out and avoiding procrastination.

You have to make priorities, see if you really have to finish all tasks at that moment, and see which tasks you can delegate

First MUST be honest with myself and my Managers as well, to see if these Tasks can be finished and classify them according to prioritize in order to inform my managers and Boards which will be finished and which not.

manage it and try to found which one is urgent to start with it

If all of them are "rush"and all are to be executed and finished, and you are the only one who will work on them.  then the shortest time you need to finish all of them is the sum of all the times these rush situations take.   This assumes that these items are prioritized according to urgency and importance in a way that leaves no debates or arguments about this priority sequence. In case of disagreement, confusion, arguments or escalations, then you will need to add the time these counter-negative activities will also take to the sum of all times of the tasks themselves. Have you considered re-distributing the workload and engaging other resources to help you conduct these things in parallel ?
