Regarding Hospitals. As it is different from other business as most of them have another factor rather than than great profit or maximizing the shareholder values. Hospitals may have some different factors which is taking care of human factors. which is  delivering good quality to patients. as well as getting some profit over the cost . So the most close is no D . getting some profit over cost, not very much profit. and delivering good services. Thank You>

I think we should consider socio economic  environmental factor along-with option (D) in a country like Pakistan were poor people are always ignored by every one except few privileged business men

Option B & C

We are more concerned about quality of treatment provided to patient in healthcare. After this we consider other factors like price set by govt. and our profit margin.
