As Salam Aleikum,
First of all let's define "unforeseen factors". It is a matter of "ability to see", "vision" and "competency of organization, employees and leaders".
Forestalling of unforeseen factors requires a very deep contunious improvement approach with a long term change management. Our aims:
1) Developing the competencies of employees
2) Improve problem solving ability
3) Process mapping and understanding the interaction of processes
4) Implementing Contunious Improvement methodologies
5) Having a tool to develope the organization (TS16949, Lean,6Sigma, EFQM, BSC, etc..)
It is a long term understanding to learn how to see, learning to see....
My motto is:
If you wont look at, you can not see,
If you can not see, you can not notice,
If you can not notice, you can not imagine,
If ypu can not imagine, you can not manage.
Then we say"unforeseen factors".
