"Boss is always right"? How much this term seems correct and effective and what are disadvantages inside and outside corporate & production sectors?

The President always has a holistic view of any administrative order covers all aspects of the subject and the other staff members are often only the side are Myron responsible so be their President's orders as may be wrong from their point of view but are one-sided and not all aspects

Thank you for addressing your question to me. The boss is always right statement must be respected and accepted. It will help you in your professional growth irrespective of sectors. Please understand that your boss would have earned his position after hard work and by delivering good results. You may be one component of the overall responsibilities he is assigned. He is made responsible to achieve company vision whereas in the process some components may have good contributions and some may have more significant contribution. Many a times such feelings come up in few members of the team, please place yourself in his shoes and must appreciate from his perspective, its quiet possible that priorities at a particular time may not be permitting him to accept or consider your point of view that may disappoint you momentarily but when organization grows everyone grows and gets rewarded respectively. At that point of time even those unhappy team members feel " Boss was right ". It is from my over30 years of experience and I share with you.It has worked with me. Good luck.
