My answer will be option a) Service agents.
Will I wont fully agree with option A, in case when the dealer of the company is providing with the service of the equipments or for example vehicles in case of NISSAN the dealer in the region is representing the Brand in that region and has to abide with few policies of the manufacturer to avoid any negative impact to the NISSAN brand as even the after sales services will help attain a competitive advantage in the market.
This is not only to maintain the goodwill of brand but also to simplify issues where the manufacturer provides warranty.
However in case of a third party providing service of NISSAN vehicles I will fully agree with Mr. Jetley ans..
