I understand that if community mobilisers are to be hired, they preferably should be from same background and in tribal and sensitive regions, preferably from same ethnicity. Besides this, Can you elaborate how it could be of good use in ADAC?
it's depend on the candidate him self , if he have education , knowledge and skill and he will work according to company policy I will hire him
