If occurred intolerable situation or highly objectionable talk or misbehavior ,the anger scale is10.But the anger scale varies (1-9) upon the degree of intolerable situation and objectionable talk or misbehavior .Depending upon the environment the anger scale may be expressed or not.The controlling of anger scale is the noble characteristics of an ideal person.
This depends on the situation and can not be measured in general, but usually I try to adjust myself in the work place whatever the situation calls for anger
