1. Make it interesting enough so that people would retweet, like it and their followers would see the tweets.
2. Use hashtags and promote the hashtags to targetted audience who would find the tweet meaningful.
3. Use Twitter promotion and your tweets are visible to a larger audience.
4. Tweet into the emails of the people you know, twitter has this option through their website.
Most importantly, try one of more of these and keep posting your experiences, you will get more suggestions this way. There are also many offline methods I can think of.
