In your point of view, what are the things the candidates say in a job interview that proves them to be unfit to be in your team?

For me, I prefer to hear "We did so and so" instead of 'I did so and so"

Thats depend the trade we are in and the skill which requires, if any individual fits in it with the commitment who can be my team member and after knowing the aspiration or goal of their life I can work accordingly.

A man who doesn't accept his previous team and says all negative about his previous team, I am sure I will not hire him
