The best way possible to sell property in today's date would be to leverage the online medium. Customers these days are very well informed and tech savvy. They tend to rely a lot upon the reviews available online before even physically visiting the property.

The online medium (marketing campaigns, email campaigns, digital signage etc.) can be effectively used to create a pull for any particular property. Web portals disseminating updated information/reviews regarding the property should be pushed through campaigns to enhance visibility and grab maximum eyeballs.

Though other channels like real estates agencies, participation in property fairs, etc can be utilized as well, the online medium can prove to be the most inexpensive and yet the most viable source for property sales.
