Why is women's health so prevalent in the media and society, and men's health rarely mentioned?

Hi! The answer to that usually is that women look a little to a lot more after themselves than men do. They search a little more, worry a lot more and in general, always want to be/look better in any aspect. Healthier body means better/ younger appearance or whatever any woman is focused on.  I would also say that what the media shows most also depends on the market. 

i.e. here in Greece, men's health is equally mentioned in the media since guys, nowadays, are really looking after themselves and care more than they used to in previous years; so the market has grown and the advertising and promotion of such issues is getting bigger by the moment
