I have a different way of looking at it.
You Work smart and make your team efficiently work for you.
Smart and hard to be efficient !
A) Working Hard is the most important. Rest is incidental.
History says: Hard Work
But for the present environment: Smart work.
Whether it is Hard work or Smart work Efficiency is a Big Winning element.
To be honest with all i will rather to do Working Efficient and EFFECTIVE then Working Smart and all the end i will WORK HARD if it is worth it ........ thanks.
B) Working Smart
