I do agree with the question. It becomes easier for the company to achieve the objective / goal if the management considers the employees as part of them. In such case the whole mechanism works as a team and employees are satisfied. Do not consider the Management as 'MASTER' and employees as "SERVANT'. Otherwise, it will work fine.

so when the managment concerned about employees, they will feel by their importance and this feeling encourage to work better.
